Job Description:

In addition, the Wellness Directors must grow the exercise participation of its members by continuously looking for ways to maximize member retention along with leading approximately 50 to 75 full- and part-time staff. Wellness Directors are a member of the senior leadership team within the family center.
The ideal candidates are energetic, personable, dedicated, well organized and thrive in a fast paced, challenging work environment. Successful candidates must have 5 - 7 years proven wellness experience within a fitness center and/or fitness center management. Prior YMCA wellness experience strongly preferred.
